Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide: name, company, contact details and a description of your requirements. Correspondence may also include documents and information needed to review your enquiry. Avoid sending personal information unrelated to the enquiry.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to your supply enquiry from China or Dubai to African countries, prepare a proposal and follow commercial correspondence. Where a request involves a supplier or service provider, information needed to process it may be shared with that party.
Access and retention
Access to enquiries is limited to the people and providers who need it to handle the request and operate the website. Information is retained for as long as it is useful to these exchanges and, where applicable, to obligations relating to the transactions concerned.
Requests concerning your data
To request access to, correction or deletion of information about you, email manager@mwb.ae and describe your request. We may ask for the details needed to verify your identity.
Product selection and website operation
Your product selection is saved in your browser’s local storage so that it remains available between pages. Selected references, quantities and options are submitted with the form when you send your enquiry. You can remove products on the quotation page or delete website data in your browser settings. To avoid losing your input if submission fails, your enquiry fields may also be kept in your browser session for up to one hour. Technical cookies may also be used for administration sessions and website operation.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
To understand how the website is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. It sets cookies and collects technical information about your visit: pages viewed, duration, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate country or city. This data is statistical, is not used to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising. It is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
You can refuse this measurement by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses data.
Email and WhatsApp contact
When you contact us using email or WhatsApp, the exchange also passes through your chosen service. Refer to that service’s privacy information to understand how it processes data.
