3 pcs door lock installation kit with a 22.2mm flat wood bit and a 54mm hole saw. The listed contents add an arbor for the hole saw, with a 6mm pilot drill and a 9.5mm (3/8") tri-flats shank, on a blister card.

The hole saw makes the large bores of a lock and the flat bit the narrower ones, to the benefit of joiners, door fitters and maintenance teams in hotels or schools. Check that the chuck of your drill accepts the 9.5mm shank.
