Expansion pipe, a fixing plug to be set in a drilled hole before the screw is driven in.

The tube sits in the hole and, as the screw enters, it deforms and presses against the walls of the drilling. Electricians, joiners, plumbers and maintenance teams use it to fix cable supports, brackets or appliances to masonry walls. The drilling diameter must match the plug, and the length is chosen from the item to be fixed and the anchoring depth.
