Extension pole reaching a maximum height of 3.2m, with a 15mm mounting thread. The height is also given in inches (126"), and the thread is the point where the instrument is screwed on at the top.

An extension pole lifts a measuring or levelling instrument to ceiling height without scaffolding or a stepladder, for example to mark references on a suspended ceiling or a partition. Electricians, plasterers and air-conditioning installers use it indoors, and the 3.2m maximum height sets its working reach.
