Polymer polyol whose solids content reaches 45%, for polyurethane foam formulations. The recipe and the load-bearing behaviour required decide whether it fits the formulation.

Polyurethane foam producers choose it when the recipe and the load-bearing of the finished product justify a polymer polyol at 45% solids. Its compatibility with the other polyurethane components is checked before any production run. That check covers the complete recipe: polyol, isocyanate, catalysts and additives.

Mention the type of foam produced, the load-bearing aimed at, the packaging wanted, the quantity in kg and your destination. The offer then settles the characteristics of the variant.
