POLY[oxyethylene(Dimethylimino) ethylene(dimethylimino) ethylene dichloride]/WSCP, a liquid, CAS 31075-24-8. Its purity by weight is 59.0 to 62.0%, its pH 5.5 to 7.5 in a 10% water solution and its density 1.13 to 1.16 g/cm3 at 20 °C.

A polymeric quaternary ammonium, WSCP is used as an antimicrobial agent in industrial water circuits, notably to limit bacteria and algae. Cooling-system operators, paper mills and treatment formulators select it from its purity by weight and pH.
