Revolving punch pliers piercing holes of 2 to 4.5mm, with a rubber handle. The rotating head carries punches of different diameters, to be turned to face the workpiece before squeezing.

Leather workers, shoe repairers, belt and strap repair shops and craft workshops use them to punch leather, cardboard or thin plastic. The listed diameters (2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm and 4.5mm) let you pick the hole that suits the fastener planned.
