Silicone polyether surfactant for PU foam, a formulation additive for polyurethane foam.

In polyurethane foam, a silicone-polyether surfactant stabilises the bubbles as the foam rises and helps set the size and uniformity of the cells. It is used by foam producers for mattresses, upholstery or insulation, depending on the formulation. Dosing and compatibility depend on the polyol and the foaming conditions.
