Alkaline sodium metasilicate, offered as a powder or as granules, notably for detergent formulation. It also serves in metal cleaning, paper processing and dispersing applications.

It goes into laundry and cleaning powders, degreasing baths for metal parts, paper-making processes and preparations where it helps disperse particles. Buyers are detergent formulators, surface-treatment workshops and paper mills. Being alkaline, it needs the usual precautions for handling and storage.
