Under CAS 7664-93-9, sulfuric acid is a colourless oily liquid, in 180KG drums or on request. A mineral acid among the most widely used in industry.

Sulfuric acid is used to produce phosphate fertilisers and detergents, to fill lead-acid batteries, to treat metals and to adjust pH in industrial processes and water treatment. Fertiliser and battery producers, surface-treatment workshops, water-treatment plants and distributors are its buyers. Its handling and storage fall under the usual precautions for strong mineral acids.
