TDI 80/20, or toluene diisocyanate, serves as the isocyanate component for producing polyurethane foam. Formulation and operating conditions are chosen together with the polyol and the other ingredients of the foam system planned.

Polyurethane foam producers use it opposite the polyol, with which it reacts to form the polymer. The 80/20 isomer ratio identifies the grade, so it is worth repeating in every request. Handling and storing a diisocyanate falls under the usual precautions of this family of chemicals.

Repeat the 80/20 isomer ratio in your request, together with the foam system aimed at and the polyol used. Attach the number of kg wanted, the packaging expected and your destination country.
