At 0.18 mm thick and 19 mm wide, this vinyl electrical tape insulates and protects wires and cables. It is applied in a spiral, each turn partly covering the previous turn, around a joint or a group of wires.

Installers, maintenance electricians and mechanics use it to insulate junctions, strap a wiring harness or finish off the end of a cable sleeve on a conductor. On site or in a garage, the 19 mm width is easy to handle by hand and covers a junction quickly.
