Wood carving disc with a diameter of 100mm and a 16mm bore, packed in a double blister. It is the 4" size of the range, which the photo shows as a whole.

Joinery, cabinet-making and decoration workshops use it on an angle grinder to carve volumes and rework wooden parts. Compare the 16mm bore with the spindle of your machines before ordering, since it determines how the disc is mounted.
