Batch in-tank homogenizer for emulsifying and dispersing ingredients in liquids. Fast-turning impellers provide the mixing action inside the vessel.

It is used in preparing paints, adhesives, cosmetics and similar formulations, to obtain emulsions or suspensions. Vessel capacity, working speed and processing time depend on the material, and dispersion quality is validated during trials.

Give the material to process (emulsion or suspension, viscosity), the vessel capacity you target, the electrical supply on site, the number of units and your destination country. The offer settles the final configuration.
