In-line homogenizer

In-line homogenizer for continuous emulsification, dispersion and particle size reduction. The unit sits in the process line, blending immiscible liquids and dispersing particles in a liquid stream.

It is described for food, cosmetic and other process formulations. Because it works in-line, the product is treated as it flows, and the pressure level and the installation layout are set for the treatment and the material.
