Guar gum, CAS 9000-30-0, a powder thickener with 90 % passing 200 mesh, in 25 kg bags. Viscosity is 5500 mPa.s minimum at 1 % (Brookfield DVII, 20 rpm), stated purity 99.5 % and moisture 12 % at most.

Guar gum thickens and stabilises sauces, dairy products, ice cream, bakery goods and beverages. Formulators use the viscosity and particle size figures to choose the hydration speed and body they want.
