Marine trunk-piston engine oil SAE 30 / 40, API CF, with a typical TBN of 12 mg KOH/g. It lubricates the crankcase of medium-speed marine diesel engines.

It is also used for separate bearing lubrication and piston cooling in large crosshead engines under severe service conditions, at the appropriate viscosity. The fuel sulphur limit is 1.0% at most. Shipowners, fleet managers and marine maintenance workshops use it for routine servicing.
