SAE 30 / 40 marine oil, API CF, for trunk-piston engines, with a typical TBN of 15 mg KOH/g. It is a mineral oil for the crankcase of medium-speed marine diesel engines.

TBN measures the alkaline reserve that neutralises the acids formed from sulphur. In large crosshead engines under severe service, the oil is also used for separately lubricated bearings and piston cooling. Vessel operators and marine lubricant distributors are among the buyers.

State in your request the viscosity wanted (SAE 30 or 40), the quantity in litres, the packing and the fuel used, whose sulphur content goes up to 1.0%. For SAE 30 and 40, the typical TBN is 15 mg KOH/g; the offer restates it.

Options, dimensions and finishes for your order will be validated before confirmation.
