Natamycin from fermentation, in 25 kg bags, for controlling mould and yeast in preservation formulations. It is used for cheese and processed food applications.

Cheese dairies, food-processing companies and distributors of preservation ingredients turn to it to control mould and yeast. The required grade and the permitted use must be confirmed for the destination country.

Please state in the request the quantity in kg, the intended application (cheese or another processed food) and the destination country so that the grade can be checked. Supply is in 25 kg bags.
