This PET resin for water bottles has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.800 ± 0.015 dL/g. It is a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) grade for water bottle production, bought by the kilogram, in 1100 kg bags.

Water bottlers and blow moulding workshops use it to mould preforms that are then blown into bottles. Intrinsic viscosity, in dL/g, is the value to compare with the requirements of your injection and blowing line. PET absorbs moisture from the air, so it is dried before melting.
