For plastisols in foamed sports flooring, mats and protective gloves: PVC paste resin with K value 66. Viscosity number 100–120 mL/g and apparent density 0.30–0.45 g/cm³.

A foamed layer is obtained by adding a blowing agent to the plastisol and then heating to gel and expand the paste. Producers of sports flooring, mats and protective gloves, and formulators, check the K value of 66 and the viscosity number before validating their formulation.
