Sodium propionate, a water-soluble white crystalline ingredient in 25 kg bags, for preservation. It is used in bakery and other processed food formulations.

Industrial bakeries, food processors and distributors of preservation ingredients use it. Its solubility in water allows it to be prepared as a solution before it is incorporated. Recipe development teams also turn to it to build preservation into a formulation from the start.
