Sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), CAS 7758-29-4, assay 95 % minimum as Na5P3O10 and 57.0 % minimum as P2O5. Fluoride is limited to 10 ppm at most, and the material is supplied in 25 kg PP bags, 27 MT per 20-foot container.

A polyphosphate acting as a sequestrant and water-holding agent, STPP is used in meat and seafood processing and in other food preparations. It suits meat and fish processing workshops as well as blend formulators, who pay attention to the Na5P3O10 assay, the P2O5 and the fluoride.
