Pectin, CAS 9000-69-5, degree of esterification 62 to 66 %, USA-SAG grade 120 +/- 5, in 25 kg paper bags. A light yellow and white powder, it loses 12 % at most on drying; loading is 10 MT per 20-foot container with pallets and 12 MT without pallets.

A gelling and thickening agent, pectin is used in confectionery (gums, jellies), jams, fruit preparations and dairy products. Jam makers and formulation workshops compare the degree of esterification and the SAG grade to choose the set they want.

For your consultation, specify the grade you want (USA-SAG), the packing (25 kg paper bag, with or without pallets), the quantity in kg and the destination country.

Options, dimensions and finishes for your order will be validated before confirmation.
