Phospholipase, CAS 9031-94-1, an enzyme in powder form, in 25 kg drums or as you request. This enzyme acts on phospholipids, lipids found notably in egg yolk, crude oils and bread dough.

It is used in baking, in egg yolk processing and in oil degumming, all common uses for an enzyme of this family. It interests flour mills, industrial bakeries, egg-product plants and oil refineries, which build it into their own process.
